The staff at Hilton Garden Inn were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When I requested a cold bottle of water, they promptly brought it to our room. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation for us, ensuring that we had a smooth experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn for a wonderful stay in Muscat.

I had an excellent stay here! This venue is close to everything I needed, including two malls. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the room service and housekeeping were great. The facilities were fantastic too - I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the spa centre. The room itself was well-appointed and had everything I needed, including a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee making facilities.

The room I stayed in was so cozy and comfortable. I loved having a kitchenette with a fridge, and the walk-in shower was amazing. The seating area and satellite TV made it feel like a home away from home, which was perfect for me as a guest with disabilities.

Personally, I found the separate bathtub and shower a bit unnecessary, but I know others might enjoy it.

Loved the free car parking facility and the convenient location that provided an excellent base to explore the city. the antioxidant water jug was a great touch and the serene garden in front of the hotel was a perfect spot to relax.

the prices for food were quite high, and the quality was not up to the mark. the swimming pools were small and crowded, and we had to wait for a long time to get a place to sit or swim.
