My Christmas stay was fantastic! The warmth and courtesy of the staff really stood out, as they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to several attractions and a nearby convenience store. The food was incredibly delicious, with an array of dishes that catered to different tastes.

The pillows provided in my room were uncomfortably flat, and I had to pile them up to get some decent support. at times the heating in the room was inadequate, and I had to rely on extra blankets to keep warm.
