The evening desk staff was excellent, very cheerful and helpful. The morning waiter was amazing, always on point with everything!

The water in the shower could have been hotter and last for longer than just five minutes.

Everything is what i need and want

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the location is perfect. It is conveniently situated in the center, close to the train station, and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. I particularly enjoyed taking a walk around the beautiful lake nearby. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly. They are fluent in English and always go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and modern, with a private balcony that offers breathtaking views of the mountains. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel is excellent, with a great variety of choices available.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was flawless.

What a fantastic trip! the location of this hotel is amazing – we were just a short walk from the railway station which made getting around super easy. Plus, the hotel was situated right next to the Nordic Stadium, so we had easy access to ski hire, instruction, and plenty of ski tracks. the hotel itself was really comfortable with spacious bedrooms, and we were pleased to find that our rooms were cleaned every day. the staff here were also amazing and made us feel right at home! the food was fantastic too – we enjoyed a great mix of Italian and regional dishes, and there was even an option for pizza which was freshly made in-house. Yum!

That our rooms overlooked a main road which could be quite noisy at times – but it didn't bother us too much. we had a wonderful time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it!

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional - the prices were affordable and the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. Secondly, the location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the mountains and close proximity to the Sextner Dolomiten ski area and a stunning lake. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms with the backyard view were a highlight, especially the ones with a private balcony overlooking the mountains.
