The location was great and the beds were comfortable. I especially enjoyed the modern bathrooms. Although the room was a bit dark, the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a city trip.

The hotel had a great location close to all the major attractions and the staff were really helpful. the breakfast provided was delicious and gave me a good start to the day. the room I stayed in had a comfortable bed and was clean and tidy, making my stay enjoyable.

The lighting in the bedroom was quite poor, making it difficult to see properly. the electric sockets on the desk were not working, which was quite inconvenient.

The best aspects of my stay were the friendly staff and the well-decorated facilities. the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. the facilities were beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the noise levels in the rooms. the wooden floors made it easy to hear the footsteps of people in the rooms above, which was quite disruptive and affected my sleep.

Dark room, not enough lighting.

The room was amazing, with a comfortable bed and a full set of coffee and tea making. The staff was super kind and helped us book a taxi and set a morning alarm. The hotel was pretty and cosy, and the lobby person was helpful. The location was okay, with a 15-minute walk to the old center or to the pijp. a great stay.

The hotel was conveniently located close to everything in the city, including the great museums, Leidseplein center, and Vondelpark. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including delicious Dutch pancakes. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction and providing assistance when needed. The room was well-maintained and had comfortable amenities such as a Nespresso machine and a Marshall bluetooth speaker.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised with two complimentary drinks in the room and a late check-out time. the location was perfect as it was close to many shops and restaurants. Walking around the area helped us to immerse ourselves in the local culture.

That the room was a bit small and there wasn't much storage space. However, this was not a big issue as we spent most of our time outside exploring the city.
