The room at Ibis was clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air. The location was convenient, with easy access to the highway and a short tram ride or walk along the canal to reach the city center. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the need for separate wifi codes and the small size of the room, I had a pleasant and affordable stay. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Ibis in Utrecht for a few days and had a great experience. The hotel surprised me with its restaurant, serving delicious food that I wasn't expecting. The chef deserves compliments! I also appreciated the convenient location near the "Den Hommel" pool and the "Oog in Al" park, which were not mentioned on the hotel's website. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice shower. The staff were friendly and efficient, quickly addressing any issues I had with my keycard. a satisfying stay at Ibis.

Had a delightful Christmas stay! Loved how convenient it was to reach key sightseeing spots in the city! We enjoyed a cozy room, comfy bed, and the helpful staff made our stay extra special. A short bus ride or a scenic walk to the heart of the city was too easy! We rented bikes and explored nearby parks, a great way to spend the day! And the cherry on top was the delicious breakfast with a variety of options!

Check-out time took a while, an issue occurred with the bill that took the staff a bit to explain. we booked online for a family room, but it turned out that only double rooms were available.
