The location of this hotel is perfect, with easy access to Amsterdam city centre by foot. The rooms may be a bit small, but they are efficient and comfortable. The hotel staff provides excellent service, showing us where to visit and how to get there. The hotel amenities, such as the fitness centre and leisure garden area, are well-maintained and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is cozy and inviting.

The staff at this hotel could be more engaged with guests instead of being focused on their laptops. However, I would still recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel had great attention to detail and got all the basics right, from the friendly staff to the tasty water at reception. the room cleaning was excellent, and the non-instant coffee and little chocolates provided a nice touch. the hotel's concept of storytelling was apparent throughout the stay, with little jokes that made me smile. the location was also excellent, close to the city center and easily accessible from the train station. the hotel provided an amazing and memorable stay.

One negative aspect was the service regarding arranging a taxi. the staff recommended a taxi that turned out to be a rip-off, charging an exorbitant fare for a short ride.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the modern facilities and the polite staff at the hotel. The garden and restaurant area were beautiful, providing a nice space to relax and enjoy meals. The 24/7 reception was convenient for our busy schedules, and the room service was prompt and efficient.

The hotel was also conveniently close to the train station, making it easy for me to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

This place is in an ideal stop, with a tram station right outside, making it a good base to explore the city. The location is great, near the Nine Streets boutique area as well as the Central area of Dam Square. The staff here are fantastic, from a smiling receptionist to knowledgeable people who can help with dinner reservations and local activities. The breakfast was excellent, and the bar staff make a top notch Negroni.

We had a wonderful stay at INK Hotel. I booked the tINK celebration package for my boyfriend's birthday and we were delighted. The room finishes were excellent and the location was perfect - right in the heart of everything yet surprisingly quiet. The staff were accommodating, kind, and attentive. The restaurant, Press Room, served fantastic food in a great atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!

As a family, we loved the spacious rooms and spotless cleanliness. The hotel had excellent WiFi, a spacious bathroom with a great shower, and plenty of room to spread out our luggage. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options and excellent coffee. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering tips for places to visit in Amsterdam. The location was fantastic, walking distance from the central train station and other tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the fascinating decor and the fact that there were several restaurants just steps away. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at Ink Hotel for 3 nights to visit an exhibition at FOAM and the Hermitage. The hotel's great location in Centrum allowed us to easily walk to these attractions. The room, though basic, was comfortable and clean with a coffee machine and nice toiletries. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had everything we could have wanted. The bar and restaurant area were also enjoyable. a fantastic hotel with a central location and friendly staff. Would recommend!

The hotel's location is unbeatable - easily within walking distance of the train station, close to everything, and super close to Dam Square. The room was beautifully appointed with quirky nods to the hotel's past as an old newspaper building. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet in the press room restaurant was delicious. The hotel also offers transfers to and from Schiphol.

The shower water leaked out onto the floor, which could be a slip and fall hazard.
