Attentive staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, beautiful grounds, convenient location.

I had the most luxurious stay at this hotel! The location on the edge of the historical town center was perfect, nestled in a pretty park. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the room service to the housekeeping. I especially loved the grocery shopping service and laundry options available. The hotel also offered a convenient airport shuttle and valet parking service. The welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch. The room amenities, including ironing facilities and a sitting area, were top-notch. I also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking advantage of the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The garden furniture added a nice touch to the overall charm of this place.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel in Vollenhove and had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself had a beautiful, historic atmosphere with a tasteful decor that added to its charm. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which was delicious and served with a friendly smile. The hotel also offered electric bicycles for rent, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited dining options in the village, we had a wonderful time at this hotel. I would highly recommend it.

Room was clean and spacious, and had a lovely view of the nearby church. the breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. Location was easily accessible, as there was ample parking available.

The staff were unfriendly and uninterested in helping guests with their needs. Upon arrival the room was freezing and we had to request the heating be turned on.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione ideale nel centro della città, vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali. La passeggiata di soli 10-15 minuti per raggiungere il centro storico è stata piacevole e rilassante. In alternativa, c'era anche un comodo autobus che passava proprio davanti all'hotel, impiegando solo 5 minuti per arrivare al centro. Inoltre, il parcheggio gratuito interno è stato un enorme vantaggio per noi, che avevamo deciso di arrivare in macchina.

this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. the staff went above and beyond and made our anniversary celebration extra special. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a stunning view. the breakfast included fresh fruit and the best honey we've ever tasted. we will definitely be returning to this gem.
