The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast, which is included in the room rate, and also have access to free croissants, fruit, and hot drinks in the morning.

Some guests may find the lack of certain amenities in the rooms, such as a coffee maker or a fridge, inconvenient.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city center, just a stone's throw away from the train station and the main market. You can easily explore all that Venlo has to offer on foot. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions you may have. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the view of the square from my window. Another great feature is the smart TV, where you can stream your own Netflix and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The only small downside was the lack of a mini fridge in the room.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station, which made it extremely easy to travel around. the breakfast had a delicious croissant and an awesome cup of coffee. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to guide through the city, and the room design was modern and comfortable.

Our festive season vacation was not as pleasant as we imagined. the room was equipped with an only climate control system which did not provide enough ventilation.

During our stay at Mr Jigs, we were impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the rooms. The complimentary croissants, fruit, and coffee in the morning were a nice touch. The location was very convenient, being close to the city center and central station. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as minimal interior and a lack of a desk for luggage, these were easily overlooked considering the overall positive experience.
