Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location allowed for easy access to Miraflores. Staff showed excellent customer service by promptly addressing issues and helping with printing needs.

The room was cozy and the staff was helpful and kind. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the fact that the hotel was located in a safe and quiet area not too far from the main attractions. The view from the rooftop was stunning and it was a perfect spot for a romantic evening.

The gym was very small and lacked some necessary equipment, which made it difficult for us to stay on track with our fitness routines during our romantic escape. while the experience was good, there were some aspects that could have been improved upon.

The hotel is conveniently located, allowing guests to easily explore the surrounding area. It is within walking distance or a short ride away from popular attractions. The staff is attentive and quick to respond to any issues or requests. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay. the breakfast offers a decent selection, with fresh fruit options available.

Access to the rooftop can be limited due to private events, which can be disappointing for guests looking forward to enjoying the rooftop amenities.
