The hotel had a stunning view of the canal and the neighborhood was charming. The room was small but clean, and the shower was amazing - one of the best I've ever had. The wifi was reliable and even worked in the pub across the canal, which was a nice bonus. The location was central and convenient, making it easy to walk or bike to all the attractions.

There was some noise at night from people walking across the canal, so the soundproofing could have been better. Additionally, there was a scaffold on the edge of my window that wasn't mentioned beforehand, although it didn't obstruct my view and there was no work noise.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel located in a central area. the staff at Tivoli were amazing, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance. the beds were fantastic - firm and spacious, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. the shower was also exceptional, offering a powerful and hot water flow. the hotel's historic building on a canal, in a neighborhood once inhabited by Rembrandt, added to the charm. the clean and well-maintained spaces throughout, with a mix of classic and contemporary styles, created a lovely ambiance. the hotel team, from doorman to general manager, was excellent. the breakfast, included in my room rate, offered a delicious buffet and made-to-order options, with a scenic view of the canal.
