The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes from the station! Breakfast was AMAZING! ! Variety was impressive, including salmon and a delicious apple rum raisin pie to die for!

The lack of on-site parking is a huge hassle! Also, noise from the street really disrupts the peace at night, making it hard to sleep well.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is super central, walking distance to PSV-Philips Stadium and the sky bar offers amazing views. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. The staff was friendly and quick to help us with late-night requests using the QR code system.

We had a hiccup at the sky bar. The service was quite off when our wine was just dumped on the table unopened, which was for a place with that kind of atmosphere.

Staying in a corner family room offered a spacious and comfortable experience, with an unexpected treat for the kids in the form of a gift bag filled with toys and soaps. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short 3-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the area. However, the in-room dining menu was somewhat limited, which was a disappointment. Another small issue was the lack of views from some rooms, but the staff was professional and attentive, striving to make my stay enjoyable.
