This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. On my first stay, staff helped me find amazing places to visit, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend enjoying a welcome drink upon arrival. I'm excited to come back for another city trip!

I enjoyed my time at this place. The location allowed me to explore museums easily. I appreciated the breakfast offerings. I had a relaxing evening with a fresh draught beer. One downside was the noise from the staff room early in the mornings, which interrupted my sleep. Being Italian, I value comfort, especially when resting after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, my experience was mostly positive.

The lack of boy's beds and cribs was troubling for families!!! , Inadequate soundproofing meant sleep interruptions from neighbors!!! , The elevator service was frustratingly slow and could use significant improvement!!!

i thought beautiful decor would mean exceptional service, but the shower flooded due to a split door and the safe didn’t work, very disappointing. i also expected complimentary water daily, but that was clearly too much to ask. honestly, i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t.

My stay was quite enjoyable thanks to the perfectly located hotel near the charming Pijp neighborhood. A fantastic shower nearly made me forget the minor inconveniences.

While I loved the spacious bathroom, the lack of privacy due to the glass door was awkward. Additionally, the coffee supplies were limited, which I found frustrating.

Our recent 3-night stay was fantastic! The canal view room exceeded expectations, and the Nespresso machine was a perfect touch. The only downside was some minor noise issues late at night.

The tram stop directly outside the hotel made it incredibly convenient to explore the area, and the spacious room featured a comfortable seating area, a refrigerator, and coffee supplies that exceeded expectations. The stunning decor throughout the hotel added a nice touch, while the proximity to local shops and delightful dining options enhanced the overall experience. However, soundproofing could be improved to minimize noise disturbances from neighboring rooms. Some might find the hallways slightly dimly lit, affecting the overall ambiance.

Friendly staff greeted us with warm smiles and even a free drink when they learned it was my birthday! The attic room was modern and spacious, making our stay very enjoyable.

Our stay was delightful! The staff surprised us with a beautiful towel art bird and complimentary chocolates for our anniversary. Don't miss the daily refreshments in the minibar. Tip, Use the GVB travel card for easy access to town and attractions nearby. We can't wait to return!
