Always my choice. They helped me find parking. It suits me perfectly with all I need. Remembering that first stay. Coming back for xmas. Great Wi-Fi, pools, kids' activities. Many amenities like massage, water sports, and a fitness center. Always feel welcomed and secure. Love it.

the room at atlantica was spacious & spotless. the terrace outside offered a lovely view. the pool bar staff were top-notch. loved the daily refills in the mini-bar & the bathroom was excellent. great location near bars.

Exceptionally large room and personalized service

the indoor heated pool and taster massage at the spa were highlights that I highly recommend. Improvement could be made in the variety and taste of the food options available.

The room was exceptional large, and the services felt very personal. I felt like a Pharaoh overlooking my empire from the terrace. the chambermaids were like mythical creatures magically keeping everything clean. the indoor heated pool was a warm oasis in the chilly evenings.

Elevator organization could improve.

During my transit stay at Atlantica Caldera Palace, I appreciated the proximity to the nearest airport, just 17 km away.

One minor aspect to note is that some beds near the pools showed signs of wear and tear, which could benefit from renewal. Nonetheless, this did not impact the overall enjoyment of my stay at this lovely hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel next to the beach. the staff at Atlantica Caldera Palace were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that every minute of my stay was enjoyable. the food at the resort was delicious, and there were plenty of activities throughout the day to keep me entertained. Good food, clean room. The location is convenient as it’s close to the city center. I enjoyed the variety of cuisines offered in the restaurant.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The air conditioning was too noisy and kept us up at night. The TV didn't work properly. The staff were not friendly or helpful. it was not worth the price we paid for our stay.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at Atlantica Caldera Palace in beautiful Crete! The value for the money was fantastic, and the room was absolutely amazing, one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. The location was perfect for my quick visit to Analipsi, and the staff treated me like royalty. I can't wait to come back for a longer stay next year.
