Excellent service recovery when we encountered a dirty room. The staff promptly provided us with a clean room and even offered a voucher for free drinks as compensation. The waiters in the restaurant were friendly and efficient. a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered a very efficient check-in and check-out process. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was sufficiently large and we were pleased to find a baby bed already set up for our daughter. We particularly enjoyed the view from one of the top floors. The soundproofing in the room was also good, ensuring a peaceful stay. The hotel had recently been renovated, so it was clean and comfortable. We also had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and found the food to be tasty and reasonably priced. we had a great experience during our stay.
