During my recent stay at Parkhotel Horst, I was impressed by the stunning views of the lake from my room. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a separate shower cubicle. The hotel provided plenty of soaps and shower gels, which was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the large flatscreen TV with a variety of channels, including BBC 1 and 2 and Skynews. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, and yogurts, as well as scrambled and boiled eggs. The staff were friendly and helpful, with excellent English and German skills. The hotel's location near the highway made it convenient for me to access the area. I was very impressed with my stay at Parkhotel Horst.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a nice addition.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. We also loved the view from our room, overlooking the beautiful lake. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to access and explore the surrounding area. In addition, the hotel had a great wellness area with plenty of facilities, including a pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The restaurant food was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. It lacked variety and the service was slow at times.

Nice lake view and easy parking, however it's quite far from the nearby town. Rooms are modern and clean including separate shower and bath. Breakfast was included and overall the food was good.

Hotel staff was unenthusiastic, the service was slow, and the light switch in the bathroom was inconveniently located. the carpets in the hallways were dirty and need a good cleaning.
