My stay at Grotto Bay was fantastic! The colonial style atmosphere in the main building added a pleasant touch, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The pool and cafe/bar were great amenities, and being so close to the sea was a bonus. The medium-sized dining room felt elegant and not crowded, and the breakfast was very good. Using the local buses to get around was easy, and the staff, especially Maury, were friendly and helpful. The spa and ocean view from our room were amazing. it was a wonderful experience.

I came for the unique experience of watching planes take off from our waterfront room, and it was worth it. The low-rise buildings and cozy lobby with a fireplace added to the charm. The hotel's location near the railway trail and snorkeling/kayak rental spot was a plus. The crystal caves on-site were also a point of interest. The pool, hot tub, and poolside bar offered something for everyone, rain or shine.

We had a fantastic stay at a beachfront resort in Bermuda. Our room had a balcony with an ocean view, and it was spacious and comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub were a great addition for relaxation. The resort also had a beautiful wreck offshore for snorkeling. The bus transportation around the island was excellent, making it easy to explore. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation in Bermuda.

The hotel had a private beach, great pool, and even a couple of caves for massages. The staff, including Shai, Denzela, Jaz, Ezra Turner. Being close to the airport, we had a short 5-minute drive and the shuttle service was efficient. The inclusive package for 3 days was a convenient option.

Staff knew our names and the banquet manager made everything easy. No all-day grill, but great food variety. Cove doesn't have waves. Short trip to airport.

We recently stayed at Grotto Bay Beach Resort for a week-long family vacation. The resort offered a great pool and beach, with plenty of outdoor activities for everyone. The spa was a nice treat, and the all-inclusive package was definitely worth it. The food was delicious and the views from our room were breathtaking. Our 16-month-old son had a blast playing in the sand and the calm waters were perfect for him. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The room had a great view. The pool area and beach were nice. The concierge was extremely helpful. The food was well-prepared and satisfying.

The value for the money at this hotel was excellent. The room had a bit of wear and tear, but the AC worked great and we always had a hot shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our trip very enjoyable.

The menu for breakfast could use a bit more variety.

As a couple, we loved the close proximity to the airport - just a quick 5-minute drive! The option to try the inclusive package for 3 days was a great choice for us. We also appreciated the convenience of not having to carry our bags to our room and being able to leave them there after check-out until our flight. The shared shuttle had our bags already loaded when we got in. Plus, being so close to everything was a bonus. We also enjoyed being picked up for the jetskiing safari and experiencing the unique massages in the caves.

The location was convenient, with cool hikes and attractions like crystal caves and the famous Swizzle Inn within walking distance. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get to Saint George and Hamilton.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the seat covers in the bar area, were not well-maintained and need a freshen up. The rooms were functional but in need of modernization, with stained grout and loose fixtures.

I had an incredible experience at this luxury hotel. The ocean views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, and the facilities, such as the caves and the beach, were truly amazing. The staff were wonderful, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the evening events, which were a lot of fun. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect, with easy access to hiking trails, crystal caves, and even a famous inn. The bus stop right in front of the hotel made it convenient to explore other parts of the island.
