The hotel is in a great area, right off of Dam square, with easy walking distance to just about everything. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure that our needs were met. The rooms were kept very clean and had comfortable beds, with some even offering a view over the rooftops to church spires. The breakfast included a good variety of both cold and hot options, catering to most tastes.

The wifi signal was not strong enough.

As foreign tourists, we loved the hotel's central location, just 15 meters away from Dam Square. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, from the reception to the breakfast area. Our room was quiet and had a mini-fridge, and the lobby area was pleasant and interesting. The hotel also had a lovely resident cat, JoJo.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us. They even allowed us to check in early and had our room ready. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions and close to public transportation.

The rooms were on the small side, but considering we only used them to sleep, it wasn't a major issue. The elevator was also quite small, but we didn't mind taking the stairs since we were on a lower floor.
