I absolutely loved my stay at Serena in Islamabad! The value for my money was outstanding and the room was top-notch. The location was perfect and the staff treated me like royalty.

The morning meal could use some improvement with more variety.

My stay lasted for five nights. The hotel's bathroom was impeccably clean and had a great selection of amenities. The spa facilities were excellent as well. The staff at Serena were incredibly flexible and cooperative. On the first night, I realized that I had left my baggage at the airport. However, the hotel staff kindly brought it from the airport to my room. On the third night, I used the laundry service and they returned my clothes by 6 pm, even though the official returning time was 10 pm. Lastly, on my last day, I requested an extended check-out time of 2 pm, and the staff warmly agreed. The gym facilities and location of the hotel were also wonderful, and the interior decor was truly impressive. The friendliness and hospitality of the staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with several amenities like restaurants, health club, and pick & drop service included. The rooms were spacious, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom amenities were impressive. The breakfast at Zamana restaurant was enjoyable and included a variety of options.

As women travelling alone, we felt incredibly safe and secure at the hotel. The strict security measures at the entrance and the professional staff made us feel at ease throughout our stay.

The hotel dealt with a mix-up with our bags in an efficient and professional manner. Despite the small rooms, they were clean and well-maintained, with daily refreshment replacements. The hotel had a great atmosphere and the decor was amazing, especially the swimming pool and gym facilities. it was a serene and unforgettable experience.

As a backpacker, I loved the spacious and comfortable Junior Suite at Serena Islamabad. The hotel's location, setup, and ambiance were all excellent. There was a cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom of the non-smoking room at night, which came through the ventilation system. the breakfast became repetitive after a couple of weeks.
