I had a fantastic stay at the hotel Roemer. the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the room was spacious and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. the highlight was definitely the large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, two rain showers, and two sinks. It was a great place to relax and unwind. Another plus was the convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions like Leidseplein and Vondelpark within walking distance.

The room we were given was subpar and had some major drawbacks. the bathroom was not cleaned properly and it smelled bad, plus the room was very noisy and the bed was uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at Roemer in a deluxe double room with a small private balcony. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the contemporary decor was of a good standard. The powerful shower with a monsoon/drench shower head provided plenty of hot water. I also appreciated the bathrobes in the room. The hotel's location in a quiet leafy part of the city was great, with the nearest tram stop, Leidseplein, just a 5-minute walk away. The Annex building, where I stayed, offered private access via keycard with no reception. a peaceful and convenient experience.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to Leidseplein and other attractions, but situated on a quiet and lovely street. We also enjoyed the high-quality breakfast, although it was a bit pricey. we couldn't find anything negative to say about this lovely hotel.

I was especially impressed by how they handled a difficult customer with remarkable patience. the room I stayed in, a junior suite overlooking the garden, was spacious and comfortable. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was large and nicely designed. the location of the hotel was perfect - close to museums, parks, restaurants, and grocery stores, yet still peaceful and quiet.

We stayed here and loved the location in a quiet area not too far from the city centre. We were able to walk to Van Gogh museum in ten minutes, which was great. The staff were all very kind and friendly, making us feel at home. They were happy to provide an iron and ironing board upon request and even printed our boarding passes for free.
