The duck sculpture used as a "do not disturb" sign was a unique and delightful touch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and passionate, making our stay truly outstanding. The exceptional food served at the restaurant was a highlight, with a passionate and knowledgeable chef. we had a wonderful experience.

The hotel also offers a castle and shopping arrangement, with vegetarian meals available upon request. a charming getaway with great service and ambiance.

One downside is that the hotel's restaurant can be quite pricey, but there are other good dining options available locally.

The Christmas atmosphere was wonderful and the decorations were charming. the staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. the hotel's location was perfect for our needs, close to all the Christmas markets and activities. We also enjoyed the delicious holiday feast offered at the hotel's restaurant.

The room was a bit cramped and could have used more space for our luggage. the bathroom was in need of an update.
