the staff at this resort were top-notch, always professional and helpful. the room I stayed in was not only lovely but also clean and spacious. the resort offered a range of activities, from snorkelling to paddleboarding, which kept me entertained. I especially enjoyed the guided jungle treks that the resort organized. I had such a wonderful experience that I would definitely go back.

The staff at Bunga Raya Island Resort & Spa made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. Their excellent customer service and attention to detail really stood out. We were also impressed by the spacious and beautifully maintained rooms, as well as the stunning beach and jungle surroundings. The resort offered a range of complimentary activities, such as the canopy walk and Pilates, which added to our enjoyment. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Here, we experienced absolute luxury with exclusive amenities such as a private pool and a beach view. the staff was attentive to our every need and provided exceptional service. We enjoyed the spa treatment which was of high quality and relaxing. the outdoor dining area was divine, and we loved that we could enjoy a delicious continental breakfast in our room.

I recently had a wonderful holiday at a resort located on a platform by the beach. The location was perfect, with a serene atmosphere and the beautiful rainforest surrounding it. The beach was clean, and the water in the sea was crystal clear, perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The resort also had great facilities, including a gym and a spa. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the lily pond next to the building.

I did notice a lack of variety in the two restaurants at the resort, which could have offered a more diverse dining experience.

The location of the resort was breathtaking with clear turquoise water ready for snorkelling and water activities. the staff were amazing, always with a smile, and always ready to help. the villas were spacious and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

One major concern was the food. Although expensive, the food lacked variety and was often average in taste.
