The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the nearby Old Town. the views from the room were lovely and the comfortable bed allowed me to have a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and provided good customer service.

The bathroom design was awkward, making it difficult to effectively use the sink. the room was in need of maintenance, with marks and chips visible.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxury 4-star hotel. The location of this place is simply stunning, with the hotel situated right next to the river. The view across the river to the town and Cathedral is absolutely splendid. We also loved the fact that there is a 2-minute ferry ride into town, which made it extremely convenient for us to explore the city whenever we wanted. The staff here were professional and friendly, and they made us feel extremely welcome from the moment we arrived. We were also impressed with the attention to detail, as everything was well-equipped and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom with a wet room was a nice touch. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
