During my stay at Savoy Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and convenience provided. The location was perfect, with a bustling street full of shops and cafes right at my doorstep. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast, which I had paid extra for, was substantial and worth every penny. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious, allowing for a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the modern and stylish interior design, with colorful chairs adding a personal touch. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the absence of hand soap in the bathroom and a weak stream of water in the shower, overall I had a positive experience at Savoy Hotel Rotterdam and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of many good things to do in the city, such as the Markthall and a metro station right next to the hotel. Guests can also enjoy a variety of options for breakfast and self-service drinks and snacks in the lobby area.

The room sizes can be too small for some guests, and the noise from the elevator can be bothersome.

As older folks, we enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms, complete with coffee and tea facilities and even a record player with records. The daily room cleaning and fresh towels were much appreciated. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the bustling Markthall and convenient transportation options like the train/tram and metro station. The efficient and friendly staff were always ready to provide helpful information and directions for our sightseeing trips. we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this reasonably priced hotel in a great location.

The self-check in process was not ideal, as it made the presence of staff seem pointless. While they were kind, it felt unnecessary to have someone telling me what to do when the computers already provided clear instructions.

Roomy and clean with great amenities like a fridge, Nespresso machine, and kettle. the hotel services like a café and little shop were useful, as well as the luggage lockers. the location was perfect, close to public transportation and many attractions.

The automatic check-in process was impersonal and caused some problems. It would have been better to do it beforehand online.

We also enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the fitness studio. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

the room was incredibly spacious and had a great location near the markthal and public transportation. the staff was extremely friendly and approachable, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. They even provided me with a map which was very helpful. the room itself was very comfortable, with well-thought-out amenities like a hanging area for clothes and a table and chairs. I also appreciated the informative historical books about Rotterdam. the shower was spacious and the coffee machine and teas added a nice touch. the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with croissants that were especially good. one of the best hotels I've stayed at!
