The hotel was a bit difficult to find when walking from the central station, especially with heavy bags and navigating through the traffic and tourists. Additionally, the wifi was great on the first night but poor on the subsequent nights, which was a bit frustrating.

Stayed here for Christmas with the family. the beds were really comfortable and the rooms were neat and tidy. the location was also good, close to the major attractions and public transport. the staff were lovely and provided us with helpful information about the city.
