The hotel's location was perfect, with a short stroll to the Erasmus bridge and close to tram stops. The views from the room were breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, making us feel like valued guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, outstanding facilities, and great location.

The hotel's location was perfect for me as a business traveler. It was close to the metro station, which connected to the main rail station, making it incredibly convenient for me to travel around the city. Additionally, being situated right on the river provided stunning views and created a pleasant atmosphere in the area.

The only drawback was the potential issue with credit card processing during checkout, where I had to clarify charges that were not accurate.

I stayed at a hotel in Rotterdam during Christmas and really enjoyed the stunning views from the window. The breakfast spread was also satisfying and kept me going until lunchtime. The decor throughout the hotel was well done and added to the ambiance. the hotel was further away from the city center than I had expected, which made getting around more challenging. it was a nice experience but those two aspects could have been improved upon.
