The hotel's location was perfect, with a short stroll to the Erasmus bridge and close to tram stops. The views from the room were breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, making us feel like valued guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, outstanding facilities, and great location.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with a cozy lounge and bar area. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, with a stunning view of the city. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel like honored guests. The hotel's location was perfect for me as a business traveler. It was close to the metro station, which connected to the main rail station, making it incredibly convenient for me to travel around the city. Additionally, being situated right on the river provided stunning views and created a pleasant atmosphere in the area.

The only drawback was the potential issue with credit card processing during checkout, where I had to clarify charges that were not accurate.
