The hotel is ideally located near the beach, with easy access to a nearby park through a gate in the outside area. It's also within walking distance to the city centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a private garden view. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a variety of choices and is served quickly and efficiently.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the free tea/coffee/water zone and the complimentary cakes and drinks offered when we checked in. The location of the hotel was also ideal as it was only a few minutes away from the Leas Coastal park. the outside seating area overlooking the gardens was a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy during our stay. the breakfast timing was a bit early, especially during the holiday season when we wanted to relax.

The surrounding gardens added to the beauty of the location. Despite this, the homemade cakes were a real treat during my stay. I highly recommend this B&B for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
