The hotel is ideally located near the beach, with easy access to a nearby park through a gate in the outside area. It's also within walking distance to the city centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a private garden view. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a variety of choices and is served quickly and efficiently.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the free tea/coffee/water zone and the complimentary cakes and drinks offered when we checked in. the location of the hotel was also ideal as it was only a few minutes away from the Leas Coastal park. the outside seating area overlooking the gardens was a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

the breakfast timing was a bit early, especially during the holiday season when we wanted to relax. A half hour extension would have been much appreciated.

A charming boutique hotel with a peaceful atmosphere and tastefully decorated rooms. I loved the luxury White Company products provided and enjoyed the delicious blueberries at breakfast. The surrounding gardens added to the beauty of the location. Despite this, the homemade cakes were a real treat during my stay. I highly recommend this B&B for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

the bedroom was well-equipped, with exclusive toiletries and a comfortable bed with plush pillows. the leisure area provided plenty of entertainment options for my group, including a sun terrace and a private garden. the staff were helpful, assisting us with finding a perfect picnic area by the beach.

The only minor flaw of this hotel was their lack of bespoke dietary menus. Although they offered a wide range of delicious options for breakfast, they did not have special dishes with dietary restrictions.
