The hotel is situated in a great location, just outside the city centre, near to a zoo and with the tram station really close by. The room is okay, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The breakfast is tasty with lots of choice. There are some facilities available but not many.

The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers.

I stayed at The Lancaster Hotel for business purposes and had a pleasant stay. The room was small but adequate for one person. The staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food, and the coffee was excellent. The beds and pillows were of high quality.
