We had a great time at this hotel! the location was perfect - close to the parks, and we could easily take the boat shuttle to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. the staff was accommodating and very nice, particularly Jael in the Fountain. the restaurant served delicious breakfasts made to order, including amazing sticky buns and hand-carved meats. the poolside snack bar was convenient for a quick bite, and the spa centre offered relaxing massages.

One thing that could be improved is the check-in process. the line was always too long, and it would be better if there were more staff available to help guests efficiently.

The breathtaking views of the magical surroundings from the L-shaped family room were absolutely stunning. It felt like living in a fairy tale with such enchanting sights right outside the window. the evening entertainment provided by the Walt Disney World Dolphin was a delightful experience that added an extra touch of magic to our stay.

The rooms were very disappointing for the price of the hotel, not up to the standard one would expect from a Disney property.

Dive into Phins for a beachy vibe and wicked drinks. Make waves at Splash Bar & Grill with their sizzling bites. Shula's Steak House is a meat lover's dream just a hop away. The vibrant Ale & Compass Restaurant is a flavorful voyage.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me with the best local taxi tip. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, outdoor heated swimming pool, fitness center, and more. Coming back for Easter.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, making it easy to access the nearby theme parks. Despite the overpriced parking and lack of breakfast options, the variety of restaurants and excellent pools were highlights. The friendly customer-facing staff added to the positive experience, even though there were issues with housekeeping and room service.

The location near the boardwalk was fantastic! the adjacent room was GREAT. the breakfast was included, but the room was very plain. Would consider staying here again. Some aspects better than photos.

The Walt Disney World Dolphin in Lake Buena Vista was a great choice for my family with 1.5 yr old twins. The hotel was clean and well-kept, offering complimentary Dasani water and a convenient coffee spot, Fuel. The free water taxi service to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios was a major plus. The location near the Boardwalk and amenities like the pool made it a relaxing stay. Exploring nearby landmarks like the Morocco Pavilion and Frozen Ever After added to our family bonding experience.

Stunning location close to all the theme parks, convenient transportation options, excellent food quality, ticket counters on site, beautiful pool and beach area, helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended for a pleasant, safe, and comfortable stay.
