The hotel is ideally located, being very close to the center, right at the waters edge by the Swan, and walking distance to the main shopping center and Rotterdam Centraal station. The rooms offer fantastic views, with little balconies, and are spacious and clean. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful.

The bar service could be improved.

Stayed at this hotel multiple times before and still impressed with the high standards, customer service, and care. Great location for shops and maritime history. Spectacular views of the harbor and famous swan bridge. Convenient access to water taxi, water bus, trams, and Spido cruises. Close proximity to cafes, bars, and restaurants. Easy exploration of the city and suburbs using trams and open day tickets. a fantastic stay with an excellent staff team. Highly recommended.

Everything is what I need and want.

The view of the river from the hotel was amazing. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay very pleasant. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

The rooms were quite small, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space and storage, which made it challenging to organize personal items.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The room I stayed in had everything I needed and was a decent size. Plus, the view from the room was fantastic! I could see the iconic Erasmus bridge and the beautiful Maas River. The breakfast included in the stay was also wonderful, with a variety of options to choose from. As young people, we loved the location right by the water with lots of bustle, and the amazing views from our water view rooms. The little balconies were a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently close to tram and waterbus stops, and within walking distance of the main town centres. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to our enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the river taxi area and on the promenade, offering easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and we were pleased to find it spacious with a beautiful view of the Maar River and the iconic Erasmus Bridge.
