The room we booked at Hej Taipei Arena Hotel had a breathtaking city view of Taipei 101, just like in the listing photos. The staff were friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issues we had. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a good variety. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby and the train station within walking distance. We also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water in our room every day.

the location was great, with easy walking distance to transportation options and plenty of bus stops nearby. One of the great advantages of this hotel is the friendly staff who were always ready to assist us with whatever we needed.

The sound insulation of the room was poor, and we could hear noise from the hallway in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep in. We also found the night lights to be a bit too bright, which made it difficult to fall asleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the MRT station and with several bus stops nearby, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The housekeeping service was exceptional, keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel provided free Wi-Fi in public areas, making it easy for us to stay connected.
