The bed in our basic room was just as wonderful as on the website, and the size was impressive! I slept like a baby, which never happens to me in hotels. The breakfast had a large variety of quality meals to choose from. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, close to the Wyjk shopping area and public transportation.

We were quite happy with the free drink coupon we got, and the small treat left in the room. the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable and at home. the hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk in any direction you’ll find shops, restaurants and great bars to spend your night.

Honestly, this hotel might be the noisiest place you'll ever stay. We heard people talking in the hallway, doors slamming, music pumping and very loud guests all hours of the day and night.

The hotel's location is highly convenient, being very close to the Wyck shopping area, central train station, and city center. You won't have to travel far to explore the vibrant shops and attractions. Additionally, the lounge/lobby area offers a vintage setting with a laidback atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The access to the downstairs restrooms is a bit awkward, which can be inconvenient for guests with disabilities.

We loved the location, being so near the station and close to the centre of this city. The hotel facilities were great, with a small fridge, microwave, and plenty of sockets in our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the warm welcome with a small refreshment. The breakfast offered a good variety of options.

As a disabled guest, I found the Townhouse Design Hotel & Spa to be extremely accommodating. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the city center and right next to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful, even assisting us with parking when we arrived late at night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms that had a big bathtub. The hotel also had a nice lounge area and breakfast area that were beautifully furnished and cozy. I enjoyed my stay and felt well taken care of.

I felt welcomed into the family, with no complaints whatsoever.

the Townhouse Design Hotel & Spa was a lovely place with a simple room that had some nice design elements. the shower was excellent and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was even the option to check-in/out with a machine if desired. I had a minor issue with my keys, but the reception quickly resolved it by sending them to my apartment the next day. the service was excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

the style and location were perfect. Being so close to the railway station and major landmarks made exploring the city a breeze. the lobby had a fantastic atmosphere, and we appreciated the complimentary soup and pastries. Our hotel room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, although a coffee maker would have been a nice addition. the staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel was clean and modern. We also enjoyed the added touches like the complimentary fondue and pastries, as well as the option to hire a goldfish for some company during our stay. a great experience.
