I had a truly wonderful experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The spacious and modern interior decor gives a sense of sophistication and elegance. The staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful. As someone who traveled a long way from home, I was delighted by the exceptional service at the reception. The front desk officer, Ms Ruby, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process and took care of all my individual needs. It was such a pleasure to be greeted with warm professionalism.

The hotel is conveniently located in a business area, with easy access to the centre of the city by public transport. In the local neighborhood, there are plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-maintained amenities and a good temperature control system. The breakfast options are great, offering a variety of delicious food to start your day.

The cleanliness could have been better, with some dust build-up on surfaces and a dirty TV remote mentioned in previous reviews.

We had a lovely romantic escape and the hotel offered some great amenities. the heated floor in the bathroom was a great feature and the room was spacious and clean. the restaurant served high-quality food and the servers were knowledgeable and helpful. the staff were efficient and the parking was convenient. the hotel also had a great location and was close to many attractions.

The staff could have been more welcoming and could have inquired about our stay upon check-out. the iron provided was outdated and could have been replaced.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! First off, the location is superb. It's conveniently situated outside of the bustling city center but is still easily accessible by public transport. The bus stop is just a stone's throw away and takes you directly to the heart of the action in no time. Whether you want to explore the city or venture further out, the hotel's proximity to the highway makes it a breeze to navigate to other destinations by car.

This hotel comes highly recommended. You won't regret choosing this place for your stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's decor is out of this world, with beautiful chandeliers and precise details throughout. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the bath tub in my room was lovely. The prompt service at all my requests was impressive.

When I booked my stay, I was excited about the wellness area, but unfortunately, it was closed for 2 out of the 3 days I was there. It would have been helpful if the hotel staff had informed me in advance.
