What a gem of a hotel! The price and location exceeded our expectations. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance, and if walking wasn't our thing, there were trams nearby. The room was cozy and comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. I had the most restful sleep in the back room of the top floor. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was so quiet. The owner, Joost, was welcoming and even stored my valuables when there was an issue with the safe. The location was perfect for walking around or taking the tram. I had a great stay at Amistad Hotel.

The room I stayed in was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a safe and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi and a computer in the room. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of cold meats and cheese, as well as fresh eggs cooked to order. The staff, especially Mike, were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

We were able to easily explore all the popular neighborhoods, visit the beautiful gardens of Vondelpark, and even walk to the local zoo. I stayed at this hotel for one night, wanting a central location. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and cozy. It was a safe choice for a solo woman traveler. The breakfast was great, and they catered to my gluten-free diet. I appreciated the 24/7 availability of tea and coffee, and the free shared breakfast allowed for interesting conversations with other guests. The hotel was conveniently located near tramlines, cultural and historic sites, and nightlife spots. Special thanks to Mike for finding and returning my lost phone.

I had a fantastic stay at a small hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and served a delicious breakfast until 1pm. My room was basic but had a TV and fridge, plus a free safe for valuables. Although it could get a little noisy at night, I loved the convenience of being able to walk everywhere in the city. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in town. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous stay at Amistad. the location was perfect, with easy access to trams and within walking distance of art museums, the Anne Frank house, and plenty of stores and restaurants. the manager, Margo, was incredibly sweet and helpful, allowing us to store our bags while we explored the city. Our room, though on the bottom floor, was surprisingly spacious by European standards. Breakfast was great, with a small buffet and delicious pancakes made by Margo upon request.

The location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping, and museums just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and pleasant, always ready to assist us with directions or any information we needed. The highlight for us was the delicious breakfast, where we could have eggs or a pancake cooked to order. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the convenience of having a locked drawer and a mini-fridge in our room, as well as a Nespresso machine with capsules. The value for money was excellent, and we would definitely return.
