The perfect location - right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of great restaurants and bars.

Room design - although the room had a beautiful view, the layout and design were not very functional. The bathroom sink was exposed and visible from the room, which felt a bit strange and lacked privacy.

For a long weekend in the city, we found the location of the hotel to be really chilled. It was situated in a quiet area, away from the noisy bar scene, allowing us to have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The Duchess restaurant in the hotel was a highlight, offering delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. At night, we enjoyed the amazing view from our room, which overlooked the city lights.

The breakfast setting was lovely and had beautiful views of the city. We also received a complimentary cake for our celebration, which was a nice surprise. the location was perfect and very central to everything we wanted to do.

Our room was not ready when we arrived, and the staff did not know when it would be ready. We were offered a drink upon check-in, but the lady behind us was offered Prosecco and we were only offered water.
