They were attentive and ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, providing a relaxing oasis during my busy business trip.

There were a few minor downsides to my stay. Upon check-in, the procedures took a bit longer than expected, making me feel rushed and causing me to miss an appointment.

I had an absolutely amazing time staying at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the fantastic hotel facilities. The location was ideal, as it was not far from Centrum and within walking distance to many wonderful sites in this city. The highlight for me was spending evenings in the magnificent garden by a fire pit or enjoying a craft cocktail at the Vault Bar, which is located in a vault of an old bank. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The King Loft room I stayed in was luxurious, with a spacious bathroom and incredible views. The hotel also offered facilities like a buffet breakfast and a turndown service.

During my Easter vacation, my stay at a luxurious hotel was a hit. the two Easter treats in my room were a sweet surprise. the hotel's location couldn't be better as it was within walking distance to amazing restaurants and interesting attractions. the complimentary spa access was an advantage enjoyed the most.

The service process for food was slower than expected, and there were times when my order for coffee was missed. Service in the lobby area also left me waiting for about 15 minutes.
