The floors were dirty and despite requesting for them to be cleaned, they still were not up to par. the french window leading to the terrace was also dirty and had not been washed properly.

Had a great time during our Christmas stay! the Christmas spirit was well and truly alive with the fantastic complementary festive drinks and chocolates. the location was brilliant, right on the beautiful beach with stunning ocean views and palm trees swaying in the wind. the hotel's pool was refreshing and clean - perfect for a quick afternoon dip.

We did notice a little lack of attention to detail, with the room missing some amenities and toiletries. It would have been nice to have more pillows and comfortable bedding, and the bathroom could do with an update.
