The bikes were in good shape, available 24/7, and professionally organized. Many solo travelers start here and it's great for meeting a group. They even allowed us to change the bus ticket without hesitation.

During my stay at the hostel, the staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. They were extremely friendly and helpful, providing valuable advice and suggestions for my 2-day motorbike tour around the North of Vietnam. The morning briefing was particularly helpful, as it provided useful information about the route and points of interest. The hostel's location, just 5-10 minutes from the city center, made it convenient for exploring the area. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the breakfast served was delicious.

They go above and beyond to make you feel at home and accommodate any needs you may have. the couple who run the hostel are incredibly helpful and even acted as a guide for the Ha Giang Loop, which was an amazing experience. They helped me rent a bike and provided detailed information about the route. the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and they even allowed me to check in early after my night bus journey. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hostel, especially for those planning to do the Ha Giang Loop.

Limited breakfast choices.

The location of the hostel was convenient as it was within walking distance of the bus station. This made it easy for us to arrive and depart from the hostel without any hassle. Additionally, the hostel was located in a common area which provided a nice atmosphere for socializing with other guests. Furthermore, there was a beautiful waterfall nearby the hostel, offering a scenic spot to explore.

Some aspects of the hostel fell short. The beds were not particularly comfortable, and the showers had a tendency to quickly run out of hot water.

We stayed at Jasmine Hostel for our Ha Giang loop adventure. The couple running the place were incredibly friendly and helpful with planning our route and organizing buses for us. The semi-auto bikes they provided were in great condition and reasonably priced. We had a fantastic experience exploring the loop, thanks to their recommendations and support. The hostel itself was decent, with clean facilities, good WiFi, and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended!

This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities and exceptional service provided made my stay unforgettable. the outdoor dining area provided a picturesque view of the location advantages. the room advantages were evident in the spacious and well-appointed private facilities. the restaurant provided delicious cuisine and impeccable service. Location was perfect for exploring the area.

The hostel provided clean and comfortable dormitory rooms with good amenities such as charging pods and curtains. the location in a village was great for exploring nearby areas on their new bicycles. the inclusive breakfast was cooked to order and delicious.

The atmosphere was a bit stressful with guests coming and going all the time, and the showers could be crowded and sometimes cold. It was also difficult to get information about onward travel arrangements.

We had a fantastic experience at Jasmine! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided us with great advice on which places to include on our limited time for biking the loop. the bikes we rented were in top condition and the service provided, both during and after our ride, was excellent. If you're planning a trip to the area, we highly recommend staying at Jasmine for their exceptional service and comfortable accommodations.

My purpose in Ha Giang was to explore the famous Ha Giang Loop, and Jasmine Hostel was the perfect base for it. I stayed for 4 days and had an incredible experience. The hostel is clean, the beds are comfy, and the showers work perfectly. They provide towels and shampoo, as well as a delicious homemade breakfast. The hostel is conveniently located just 200m away from the bus station. The hosts are the kindest and most helpful people, providing valuable information about the area and the loop. They even offer scooter lessons for beginners and can arrange tours and drivers. I felt like a part of their family during my stay, and I can't wait to come back in the future.
