Peaceful and tranquil surroundings. Happy Hour for cocktails. Found a nice forest route for walking nearby.

Despite being a bit far from town, the hotel offered affordable shuttles and taxis, so getting around was not a problem. we had a wonderful experience at El Jardin and would highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and well worth it for the breathtaking views of San Juan Del Sur. The attention to detail in the rooms was excellent, with both fan and AC options available for a comfortable and quiet stay. The staff provided top-notch service, making us feel welcome throughout our entire visit. The basic amenities were more than satisfactory, and I especially enjoyed the included breakfast which offered a delicious start to the day.

Our stay at El Jardin was a true escape to paradise. The stunning views and tranquil surroundings made us feel like we were in another world. The facilities were comfortable and charming, providing the perfect space to relax and connect with fellow guests. The pool, despite the occasional dog visitor, was refreshing and well-maintained. The hotel's location, although far from town and beaches, was easily accessible with shuttle services and taxis available. It's worth noting that having a car would be beneficial if staying here.

One drawback was the lack of English-speaking staff during our three-day stay. Communication was a challenge until the third day when we encountered someone who spoke English while paying our bill.

Great food and breakfast, with a stunning view of the bay. Impressive water pressure and hot water in the rooms. the swimming pool was a nice addition. Located about 5k from the town but the road is navigable, and the hotel staff helped us with transportation options.

The place could use a fresh coat of paint, particularly the front walls. Some maintenance issues like sticking door knobs and a firm bed.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the stunning view of the Pacific Ocean from the hotel's terraces was absolutely breathtaking. It felt like being in a little paradise. The attentive and friendly staff made us feel welcomed and took care of all our needs. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed, with attention to detail. Waking up to a delicious breakfast every morning, overlooking the bay, was a perfect way to start the day.

We were a bit concerned about the hotel's location being far away from town, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The views from El Jardin were absolutely breathtaking and made up for the distance. The rooms were lovely and the breakfasts were fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool was a wonderful addition to our stay. We did have some difficulty with the wifi, which was only available in common areas, and during checkout, we had to go through some extra effort to pay via PayPal. However, overall I highly recommend this hotel.
