The location was great for us as there was a mall nearby and a 24-hour Jollibee within walking distance. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to the airport at a reasonable price, which was a nice surprise.

The bedding, pillows, and towels seemed old and had a musty smell. The bathrooms, although cleaned, had a strong smell of cleaning solution to mask the smell of mold.

The hotel offered comfortable beds and an efficient staff. The location was convenient, being near a mall and a hospital. We also appreciated the affordable price and the presence of a water dispenser.

There were some issues with the rooms, such as broken toilet seats and fast ants. Additionally, the TV channels and wifi reception were poor.

I recently stayed at Go Hotels in Puerto Princesa for a few nights with my husband. We were in town to support him in a marathon and the hotel's location was perfect. It was very close to Robinson's Mall and had easy access to public transportation. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially with our elderly companions who needed special assistance. They even allowed us to bring their wheelchair when we went out to eat. The rooms were basic but clean and provided a comfortable night's sleep.

During our recent stay at Go Hotels, we were delighted by the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated near the mall, the airport, and my brother's home in PPS, making it easy for us to navigate around the city. Additionally, the hotel staff were considerate and accommodating. When my uncle had difficulties with stairs, they promptly transferred us to a ground floor room. This gesture made our stay much more enjoyable.

Although there were a few drawbacks such as the lack of closet space and the need for more light in the room, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the positive aspects of our stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, debunking any negative reviews we had read. it was a great stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the main road and next to a shopping mall, making it easy for us to grab a quick lunch, do some shopping, and withdraw money from the ATM. Additionally, the hotel and room were very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing space after a long day of exploring the city.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the small size of the restaurant where breakfast was served. It felt cramped and the set menu with cordial cold drink was not very satisfying.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, just minutes away from Robinson's Palawan and easily accessible by tricycle.
