The location was great for us as there was a mall nearby and a 24-hour Jollibee within walking distance. the hotel also offered a shuttle service to the airport at a reasonable price, which was a nice surprise.

The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. the bedding, pillows, and towels seemed old and had a musty smell.

I recently stayed at Go Hotels in Puerto Princesa for a few nights with my husband. We were in town to support him in a marathon and the hotel's location was perfect. It was very close to Robinson's Mall and had easy access to public transportation. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially with our elderly companions who needed special assistance. They even allowed us to bring their wheelchair when we went out to eat. The rooms were basic but clean and provided a comfortable night's sleep.

During our recent stay at Go Hotels, we were delighted by the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated near the mall, the airport, and my brother's home in PPS, making it easy for us to navigate around the city. Additionally, the hotel staff were considerate and accommodating. When my uncle had difficulties with stairs, they promptly transferred us to a ground floor room. This gesture made our stay much more enjoyable.

Although there were a few drawbacks such as the lack of closet space and the need for more light in the room, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the positive aspects of our stay.

We had a great experience at the hotel. the location was perfect, right next to the mall and hospital, which was convenient for our appointments. It was a bit further from the city center, but we were able to easily catch a multicab into town. the laundry service was excellent, charging only 90p per kilogram. Parking was available in front of the hotel, and the hygiene standards were impressive. the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable. the hotel also had a water dispenser, hot and cold showers, and provided toiletries. the fast wifi connection was a definite plus.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, just minutes away from Robinson's Palawan and easily accessible by tricycle.
