My family and I had a wonderful week-long stay at this hotel. The morning restaurant staff, led by Antonio, provided exceptional service. The pool was a daily highlight for my daughter. The caring and attentive staff, such as Hazel at the front desk and Jose, made us feel right at home. The clean rooms and delicious food were impressive. This hotel is definitely my top choice whenever I visit Chinandega. A+ or 10+ rating for sure. Thanks to the manager and everyone at the front desk for a fantastic experience.

The hotel staff seemed to lack proper training, which resulted in some issues. the receptionist had trouble finding my reservation and there was a lack of attention to detail during breakfast service.

Great location! the hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore Chinandega. the staff was amazing, always friendly and willing to help. the restaurant had a delicious breakfast and the pool was a perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The room cleaning service could use improvement. the bathrooms were not adequately cleaned before we arrived, and even after staying for a week, they were not satisfactorily cleaned.

The service was exceptional - professional and caring staff. Amazing breakfast. Clean and comfortable facilities. Beautiful architecture and relaxing atmosphere.
