The food at Jetwing was absolutely delicious, especially the buffet meals with a Jaffna flavor. I also appreciated the friendly and always helpful F&B staff in the restaurant. The location of the hotel in the center of town was convenient and just a short ride from the station. The highlight of my stay was the beautiful design of the hotel, showcasing Indian style, and the breathtaking panoramic view from the rooftop bar. I had an excellent experience at Jetwing and would highly recommend it.

Spent my Xmas holidays at this hotel and it was amazing. the buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a range of options. the pool was clean and well-maintained and the staff were friendly. the location was perfect, right next to a convenient store and close to a beautiful library. Another advantage was that there were power sockets in the rooms that did not require any adaptors.

The rooftop terrace lacked enough seating options and the service at the rooftop bar was slow. One night, it took so long to receive my drink that I cancelled the order and had to ask for the bill.

The value I got for my money at Jetwing was impressive, especially when it came to the food. The rooms, while slightly smaller, were still comfortable and clean. The hotel's location was great, within walking distance to major attractions. The staff treated me with politeness and courtesy, and the rooftop bar was a nice place to relax.

One disappointing aspect was that the hotel's reception staff was not able to confirm my late check-out request, despite asking multiple times. Another downside was that the room I was assigned did not have the expected view, which was a letdown considering the hotel's height.

The value we got for our money at Jetwing was exceptional. The room was luxurious, clean, and exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient, with cinemas and a food court nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay.

I am also grateful for the hotel's vigilant management, as they arranged to send our passports to us when we left them behind. a wonderful experience.

The rooftop bar and terrace provide a great spot to relax and watch the sunset over the city. The stylish and luxurious decor added to the overall ambiance. The friendly and accommodating staff, along with the delicious food, made for a fantastic dining experience. Additionally, the hotel's eco-friendly initiatives, such as reducing plastic, were commendable.
