My family and I had a wonderful week-long stay at this hotel. The morning restaurant staff, led by Antonio, provided exceptional service. The pool was a daily highlight for my daughter. The caring and attentive staff, such as Hazel at the front desk and Jose, made us feel right at home. The clean rooms and delicious food were impressive. This hotel is definitely my top choice whenever I visit Chinandega. A+ or 10+ rating for sure. Thanks to the manager and everyone at the front desk for a fantastic experience.

The room cleaning service could use improvement. The bathrooms were not adequately cleaned before we arrived, and even after staying for a week, they were not satisfactorily cleaned.
