The breakfast selection was a bit limited, although what was available was good. the hotel lacked an elevator, so getting to the higher floors with luggage could be challenging.

Although there was no lift, which might be a challenge for those with limited mobility, the overall experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Brilliant Hotel to others and would choose it again if I visit Krakow in the future. a brilliant stay.

We had an amazing stay at Zulian Aparthotel! The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond, from helping us with our last-minute date change to recommending restaurants and arranging tours. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square, and being picked up and dropped off at the hotel for our tours was a great convenience.

The breakfast was good, but it could have used more staff for top-ups on busy days.
