The staff at this hotel was amazing, making us feel right at home during our stay. the location of the hotel was also convenient, close to the center of Jinotepe. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful interior and well-maintained grounds, which included a lovely garden. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

One downside was that the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking, but it was not a major issue. Another drawback was the intermittent WiFi in the rooms, although it was available in the common areas.
