the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ensuring a pleasant stay. the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas surpassed expectations. the selection and quality of surfboards, along with the surfing lessons, were exceptional.

Language barriers - some staff members had limited English proficiency.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere. the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable. the pool was a refreshing escape from the heat and we enjoyed lounging on the hammocks. Plus, the food was incredibly delicious and we were able to try some local dishes.

The bed was small and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well. the location was isolated, with limited options for dining out or activities in the surrounding area.

I had a great value for my money at Nicawaves. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The location was convenient and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

The breakfast menu could have been improved by including coffee without additional charge.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, so it's convenient for beach lovers. You can easily walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Additionally, there are several restaurants nearby, making it easy to find different dining options.

The surf lessons offered by the hotel are not up to par. It would be better to explore other options for surf lessons if you're a beginner.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful area with good prices for accommodation. Although it was a bit far from the main beach, the facilities were great, including a swimming pool and hammocks. The staff, particularly Maria and Gabriela, were very friendly and helpful. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, although slightly pricey compared to other places. One of the highlights was being able to rent a motorbike for a reasonable price of around $20.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short 7-8 minute walk from the beautiful surfing beach. The staff at the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful, especially Karen Acevedo, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The sunbeds by the pool are very comfortable and provided a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.

The rooms could use some improvement, especially in terms of the bed size. It was difficult for taller guests to sleep comfortably, as the bed frames were too small.

Luxury amenities fulfilled all my needs in this hotel. the outdoor swimming pool, garden area and leisure room provided relaxing spaces to unwind. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious snacks and drinks with great service. the private facilities were exclusively comfortable & clean.

The wifi signal in my room was unstable, however, this was a minor issue and did not affect my overall experience in this venue.

Relaxing pool area, conveniently close to beaches and main road. Friendly staff arranged a fun fishing trip. Good restaurant and great for families.

The location is tranquil, with a nearby beach. The staff, especially Karen Acevedo, is kind and helpful. The accommodations are a good value with modern facilities. The bar and restaurant offer delicious and reasonably priced food. Great value for the price.

From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and the check-in process was quick and easy. the facilities were clean and spacious, exactly as pictured. the on-site restaurant had a great selection of delicious food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the bar offered a variety of American liquors and local beers. We also loved the beautiful pool and hammock area, perfect for unwinding after a day of surfing.
