My stay at Totoco Eco-Project Villa was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. They were always friendly and helpful, even bringing us plates and doing our dishes when we ordered food from town. The breakfast served in the lodge was the best we had on our entire trip. The view of the volcano was breathtaking, especially during sunset. I loved relaxing by the lovely pool and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The compost toilet in the bungalow added a unique touch of fun, but there were also modern toilets available in the main lodge. a great place to unwind and I would definitely return!

Individual mountain cabins with off-grid eco-lodge amenities. Fall asleep to jungle sounds, relax on hammocks during rainstorms, listen to morning howler monkeys. Highly recommended for nature lovers. Wonderful food and accommodating staff. Stunning views and easy access to island activities.

The views from Totoco Eco-Project were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the volcano and lake. The sunsets were truly mesmerizing and made for a magical atmosphere. The cottages were spacious and had outdoor showers, adding a unique touch to the experience. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing excellent service and making sure all our needs were met. The food at the restaurant was delicious for all meals and they had a good bar as well.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the amazing views of the concepcion volcano and the jungle surroundings. The bungalows with outdoor showers gave us a unique and refreshing experience. The staff, particularly Eric and Manuel, made us feel like part of the family and provided exceptional service. The food at Totoco was simply outstanding, and the breakfast was one of the best we had on Ometepe Island. The property also offered a variety of activities, like kayaking and hiking, which allowed us to explore the island and make the most out of our stay.

Great views of the surrounding area, including the volcano. Fresh breakfast and friendly staff. The location is secluded, away from the busy streets, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

Some guests were smoking cigars in the common areas, which took away from the clean and eco-friendly environment. Minor maintenance issues such as missing tiles in the bathroom and outdated tiling and grouting around the pool.

The value for money at the eco-lodge was excellent, and our room was clean and comfortable. The location overlooking the volcano and natural beauty of Ometepe Island was breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Balgue for a few days. The views were absolutely breathtaking and the staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, complete with a lovely outdoor shower and a private outdoor space with chairs and a hammock. The hotel grounds and pool were also stunning, providing a tranquil atmosphere to relax and enjoy the view. my experience at this hotel was unique and unforgettable.
