We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the luxurious amenities were top-notch, from the exclusive in-room breakfast to the beautiful sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. We loved the restaurant and bar/lounge area, with its delicious special diet menus and poolside snack bar.

The only minor issue we had was with the payment system, which required us to share our card details online or provide full card details in person before using the pos. We didn't feel comfortable with this process and opted to settle our bill with cash.

The hotel location was great, as it was close to some famous attractions and easy to get around. the room was well-designed and had a great ambiance, with everything placed in the right place. the robe and loofa sponge were nice touches, and the bed was quite comfortable.

The payment system was not convenient at all. I didn't feel comfortable sharing my card details online, and on arrival, when I wanted to use a different card to pay, the reception insisted on full card details before using the pos which I refused.
