My stay at Bon Hotel Nest Ibadan was pleasant overall. While there were maintenance issues and access difficulties, the cozy rooms, good meals, and exceptional staff, especially Ifeoma. Special mention to Damilola for their assistance. A decent option in Ibadan.

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar, and I was impressed by the array of exceptional amenities , such as the swimming pool and conference rooms.

The lack of a POS system for international cards was a significant inconvenience for my work. This made payment transactions challenging and took away from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Helpful staff and decent facilities overshadow minor maintenance issues

the facilities, despite some maintenance issues, were comfortable and the meals served were delicious. improvements could be made in terms of maintenance, particularly in fixing the malfunctioning window clip and worn towels.

The location of Bon Hotel Nest Ibadan was good, the breakfast was enjoyable, and I had an overall positive experience thanks to the helpful and courteous staff, particularly the exceptional supervisor Ifeoma and Damilola. the room was comfortable and the restaurant and lounge were pleasant. Unfortunately, the difficulty finding the hotel and the subpar bathroom were drawbacks. It was disappointing that the hotel did not have a POS for international cards, causing unnecessary inconvenience during checkout. Nonetheless, the hotel's relaxation facilities like the indoor swimming pool and live entertainment added to the enjoyment, and the nearby landmarks such as Irefin Palace and Agodi Gardens provided opportunities for family bonding.

The staff, especially Ifeoma and Damilola, were extremely helpful and understanding. the restaurant and lounge were very nice, offering delicious meals and a relaxing atmosphere. the room was cozy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. This hotel is in a good location, close to Agodi Gardens, National Museum of Unity, Trans-Amusement Park, University of Ibadan Zoological Garden.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the towels in the room were worn out and could use replacing.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt like a VIP with a personal concierge.

Elevator maintenance needed.

I stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the pool - felt like a little escape. the electric kettle was handy for my morning tea fix, making me feel right at home.

The towels were a bit worn, needing an update, but I made do.

We had a great experience at Bon Hotel Nest. the breakfast was excellent and served promptly at 6:30am. the staff were very eager to help and showed professionalism and courtesy throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was central to most of the best places in Ibadan, making it convenient for exploring the city. the food, whether it was breakfast or dinner, was great. we had a wonderful time and my wife shares the same sentiment.

Finding the hotel was not obvious 📍.
