Excellent decor, great customer service, clean and beautiful, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff, charming restaurant staff.

Nothing could have been better.

During my recent stay at The Envoy Hotel, I was impressed with the excellent service and attention to detail. From the warm and friendly staff to the well-maintained facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The location in the diplomatic enclave was perfect, and the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The pool and gym facilities were also well-maintained and appealing. I particularly enjoyed the Prawn Caesar salad from the room service menu, which was absolutely delicious. The rainfall shower head in the bathroom added a luxurious touch to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and great rooms.

Great location close to key attractions. Good value for money with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. the breakfast spread was decent offering a fair selection of dishes to choose from, including a variety of scrambled eggs. the view from the hotel room was stunning since I got to see the city skyline at night.

The hotel lacked modern facilities, and the lobby seemed outdated. the hotel room had poor soundproofing since I could hear people in the hallway and outside.

This hotel is an absolute luxurious paradise! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were amazed at the exclusive amenities and attention to detail. The leisure and TV room was perfect for unwinding, while the outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing escape from the heat. The sun terrace and garden area are perfect for enjoying the sun whilst sipping on a poolside snack bar cocktail. The service was impeccable, with private facilities ensuring privacy. Dining was divine, with the BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area making us feel like we were living in paradise.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that the pool with a view was quite small, and the shallow end left us feeling cramped. However, this was a minor issue and did not take away from our overall experience.

The location is ideal for those wanting to be close to embassies or the US embassy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice towels and a variety of movies to choose from. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is delicious. The pool and poolside bar provide a great place to relax.

The restaurant dinner menu could use some improvement.

Excellent location near USA Embassy. Superb staff and service. Rich, healthy and well-prepared breakfast. Good and timely room service for dinner. Light dinner option could be added to menu. a great ambiance. 🔒
