The staff at the hotel were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The seafood served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and we couldn't get enough of it. Another thing we loved about our stay was the easy walking distance to town, making it convenient for us to explore and enjoy the local area.

While our rooms were clean, we did find them to be a bit dated. Additionally, we noticed that there was limited privacy around the hotel, which was something we were not expecting.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is incredible, with affordable prices and great attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main street of Norfolk Island. The service and staff are top-notch, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with reclining armchairs and clean towels on the ground floor. Plus, the breakfast spread is delicious!

I recently stayed at a hotel on Norfolk Island and had a fantastic experience. the location was ideal, with a flat walk into town and a variety of dining options nearby. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with recent renovations and a nice touch of having a microwave. The amenities provided, such as clean towels and daily room servicing, were greatly appreciated. it was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

One small area for improvement would be to enhance the accuracy of room descriptions.
